Apply as a Volunteer for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Offenburg 2010

It is something special to be involved in the organisation of the best Mountain Bike World Cup in the World. A chance to join a team of 300 helpers and experience one of the biggest sporting events on the mountain bike calendar is something you don´t want to miss out on. Valentin and Nadie from Russia are planning to visit Offenburg during their honeymoon to help out at the World Cup. This involves riding a tandem 5000 km from Heidelberg in Germany, through Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Finland, before returning to St. Petersburg middle of August. “We want to experience the bicycle culture in Europe, making it perfect for a stop-over in the Mountain bike Mecca Offenburg” commented Valentin who works in a computer shop in Perm.
Their involvement as volunteers for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Offenburg is a highlight to begin their journey. The freshly married couple have never experienced such a huge sporting event and look forward to the World Cup atmosphere in Offenburg, which is known as the most exciting in the world.
„To be a Volunteer at the Mountain Bike World Cup in Offenburg means a great deal to us. It will be an unforgettable experience, especially as we can make our contribution to the success of this event”, commented Nadie.
