Mountain Bike teams from exotic countries at the World Cup in Offenburg-Rammersweier

National Teams from Buganda, Hong Kong and Kazakhstan in Offenburg

Over 40 different nations will travel to Offenburg for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup on the 25th and 26th of April. It just shows how popular the sport of mountain biking is worldwide. Athletes from Buganda, Hong Kong and Kazakhstan will make the journey to Offenburg, Germany.

 

To have athletes from such exotic countries brings much pleasure to the organisation, however it also means extra work for Anna Baylis-Scheiderbauer, who manages the english speaking enquiries. These Teams require an official invitation to compete in the World Cup in Offenburg in order to receive a visa. "We are proud to play host to athletes from all over the world" commented the Australian born Sydney Olympian.

Competitors from the following countries will be in Offenburg: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Columbia, Cypern, Czech, Solvenia, Denmark, Ecuador, Spain, Finnland, France, England, Germany, Hungry, Italy, Mexico, Holland, Norway, New Zealand, Polen, South Afrika, Russia, Sweden, Ukrain, USA, Irland, Buganda, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong...
