Sprint Distance (400m/20/5) and Olympic Distance (1,5/40/10)

General Infos:
• Each relay team is made up of three athletes (swimmer, rider, runner). 
• The change over, handover of timing chip will take place in a separate transition area for relay teams.
• Start times, course, awards ceremony for the team relay are identical to the individual competitors.
• Competitors must be 16 years and over for the team relay Olympic Distance.
• There is a mens, womens and mixed team relay.
• Prizes will be awarded to the first three relay teams.

Change over for the team relay:
Competitors must hand over the timing chip to the next team member in the transition area. The transponder must be strapped on the competitors ankle.
