Q: Which distances are available at the Triathlon in Offenburg?
A:

- Individual and Team Relay for: Sprint-Distance (400m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run)
- Individual and Team Relay for: olympic Distance (1,5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run)

Q: Is it possible to draft? 
A: No, DRAFTING is not allowed for all distances (Sprint, S-Distance and the M-Distance races).

Q: Who can race the sprint and olympic Distance races in Offenburg? 
A: olypmic Distance: Triathletes with a current triathlon licence from the national triathlon federation or a day pass which is available at registration. 
Sprint-Distance: there is no licence required

Q: How do I purchase a day licence for the Offenburg Triathlon? 
A: A day licence can be ordered online with the online registration. The extra cost is 20 Euro. Please pay the 20 Euro cash at Registration.
Athletes entering the Sprint Distance and Team relay (Sprint and S-Distance) will not require a day licence.

Q: When is the Bike Check In open?

Q: What will happen if I cannot finish the race?
A: A bus will bring you back to the finish

Q: Can I have breakfast before the race?
A: Yes, at the Start/Finish Area Gifizsee Offenburg.

Q: What is included in the start fee?
A: All food and drink on the course and at the finish line, including carbo party on Saturday night, competitor surprise/gift and much more..

Q: Can I get my money back if I am not able to start? 
A:

- until 07. June 2011: Registration Fee less €20 administration fee
- until 26. June 2011: Registration Fee less €20 administration fee (proof from doctor)
After this date the Registration fee will not be refunded.

Q: Where are the change rooms and showers? 
A: Start/Finish Area and Messe Offenburg.
 
Q: Is it possible to register on race day?
A: Yes, it is possible to enter on race day!
Online Registration ends on the 6th of July 2011.

Q: When will I be shown on the competitor list?
A: When you have paid the start fee and the money has been received from the organiser.
