Day #1: World Cup Eliminator Race: Thomas Litscher and Pavla Havlikova are the king and queen of the World Cup Eliminator in Offenburg!

Thomas Litscher of the FELT ÖTZTAL X-BIONIC Team and Pavla Havlikova made it to the top in the stunning World Cup Sprint in Offenburg!

The first day of the UCI Mountainbike World Cup Offenburg was a succesful one for the local FELT ÖTZTAL X-BIONIC Team. Thomas Litscher won the mens race. The U23 silver medallist of last years world champs already distanced his five rivals in the final showdown just seconds after the start and nobody could close the gap! 

 

Manuel Fumic was the fastest guy at the qualification round and World Champion Hermida and Allstar Ralp Naef also made it to the Eliminator KO races but none of them could beat the young Swiss.

 

Last week, Litscher was 2nd at the Dalby Eliminator and reached his best World Cup Elite result ever on the following Sunday with a 10th place overall. Now he won the Eliminator ... and we all can be excited what else this shootings star can show in the main race on Sunday, starting at 14 h.

 

Severin Disch anme in second and Simon Gegenheimer was 3rd rider on the podium.

In the womens race, Pavla Havlíková was unbeatable. With the fastest time of the qualification round, she was the top canidadate for the win and beat Eva Lechner and Annie Last in the final.
